Hi, I'm Methinee
A Women's Transformation Coach who once believed she had to abandon herself to be loved.
I've experienced my own share of chaotic relationships and patterns of self-abandonment. After my last heartbreak, I made a promise to myself that I would understand why I kept repeating the same relationship patterns so I would never repeat them again.
Over the past seven years, I've invested deeply in my own transformation, exploring personal development, mindset, spirituality and the deeper unconscious patterns that shape the way we love, relate and see ourselves.
But understanding my patterns wasn't enough. Lasting change came when I began changing the unconscious beliefs behind them, taking small, consistent actions, and becoming the woman I consciously chose to be - the woman who honours herself, with love.
As I changed, my relationships changed too. The loving, balanced relationship I was searching for didn't begin with someone else. It began with me.
Along the way, I wished for a space where I could be seen, understood and guided without pressure or judgement. That's why I created a space where women can understand their patterns, come back to themselves, and become the woman she was always meant to be.
